TOAST's strategic branding solution centred on amplifying Uplifte's core values and strengths. Through meticulous research, interviews and client workshops, TOAST worked with their team to develop a brand identity that epitomised progression, innovation and trusted partnerships. 

The selection of the name 'Uplifte' for the property development vertical of Cozzcorp Group was a strategic decision rooted in the embodiment of key values: progression, success, improvement and growth. The name 'Uplifte' captures the essence of uplifting lives and communities through transformative developments, symbolising a commitment to positive change and advancement. The custom-designed wordmark and understated yet confident palette reflected Uplifte's commitment to excellence and their ability to deliver the best job, every time.

Central to TOAST's strategy was the communication of Uplifte's holistic, end-to-end service and their focus on people and partnerships. By showcasing Uplifte's ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver beneficial developments, TOAST highlighted their expertise in property markets and community engagement. The strategic branding efforts culminated in the creation of a compelling tagline, "Working with and for the best," which encapsulates Uplifte's collaborative approach and commitment to consistent excellence.

By strategically aligning Uplifte's brand identity with their values and strengths, TOAST has enabled Uplifte to differentiate themselves effectively and appeal as the preferred developer.
