They have a strong business presence and have achieved great success in the Sutherland Shire, providing high-end mixed-use developments which positively impact the life of residents, communities and surrounding businesses in the area. However their presence beyond this region of Sydney was less impactful, something they sought to change.

TOAST was presented with the challenge; How are we going to become an even stronger, leading player across multiple business lines, targeting lifestyle destinations along the Eastern seaboard?

Asking, how do we become bigger, stronger and  performant in new locations with more offerings...It’s about becoming more corporate without losing the core business culture, team spirit and especially without losing the foundation for what makes Sammut Group a great company to belong to, work with or buy from.

Solution

To truly tackle the core of this challenge, TOAST had to unwind the business strengths and opportunities, audit its key assets and factors of success in order to rearticulate the existing brand footprint and its great principles to strengthen the brand of Sammut Group for it to resonate across multiple targets, offerings and locations.

Through research and workshopping, TOAST uncovered myriad successes of Sammut Group; they lifted the bar in Cronulla & the Sutherland Shire by delivering uniquely designed high calibre projects with a deep attention to detail.

We identified that opportunities existed for Sammut Group to become a new corporate identity to support the credibility of their projects, offering living experiences beyond what the market currently provides. Thus, reaching the new conceptual output, ‘Artisans of Lifestyle,’ expressing the thesis behind a company enhancing people’s lives with immersive luxury experiences through sustainable architecture, natural landscapes and beautiful details.

The business has strengthened and diversified to elevate all facets of the Australian lifestyle; creating new standards of experiential luxury through major residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
