How can Rethink group achieve unity while allowing individual business units to maintain distinct digital identities? Our approach focused on establishing a consistent design language across all sites, developing flexible customised templates, refining the Group Brand Picture to meet each business line business requirements, enabling seamless cross-navigation, and designing conversion-optimised user journeys.

Solution

We began with in-depth research to define a unified Brand Picture and UVP, conducting stakeholder interviews, user analytics, competitor analysis, and collaborative workshops. This strategic framework was then translated in an engaging brand visualisation that unified the group while preserving each vertical’s unique identity.

Next, we focused on user experience and interface design. By collaborating with each unit’s leadership, we developed digital narratives aligning with the group’s mission and individual objectives. Tailored content strategies, decision-making flows, and actionable CTAs were crafted for each vertical.

Leveraging our research insights, we crafted a conversion-optimised and visually engaging digital experience. Our approach emphasised mobile-first design, visual consistency, user-centred functionality, performance optimisation, and seamless integrations to enhance marketing and operational efficiency.
