
Toast was commissioned by property developer Lenland Property Development to conceive and produce the marketing campaign for the launch of its mixed residential offering, Synergy.
Working with CBRE, Toast created a targeted campaign positioned in a way to bring something new and exciting to Hornsby.
We brought the external elements of the building into the display suite environment which gave CBRE agents extra tools to enable effective off the plan sales.
