Sekisui House’s legacy of innovation is unmatched globally, yet in Australia the brand needed a refreshed, connected experience—one that translated its philosophy of better living into a contemporary, local context. The task was to bring clarity, cohesion and emotional resonance to a brand operating in a competitive and rapidly shifting property landscape, while honouring its deep design principles and human-centred values.
TOAST worked side-by-side with Sekisui House to elevate every touchpoint of its brand experience—uniting strategy, design and storytelling into a single, purposeful narrative. This collaborative foundation ultimately led to TOAST being entrusted with full branding and marketing responsibilities for Sekisui House Australia’s two newest Sydney communities in Norwest and Wentworth Point.
