Featuring panoramic views of the Sydney Harbour and CBD, thoughtfully crafted and expansive interiors, a landscaped rooftop wellness zone, and natural walking paths that trace the contours of the water, it has everything you need in one idyllic haven.

Anchor Group, the developer of this collection of residences, approached us to create an identity that would reflect its undeniable beauty to Sydney’s discerning downsizers.

The natural stone finishes. The state-of-the-art gym. The thriving local community. The flowing balconies. There were layers upon layers of features that made Calira a premium and high-end property. But in a near-flooded market, we needed to home in on the one thing that made these residences truly distinctive, the one feature that would catch the eye of buyers who had no shortage of excellent choices all over the city. 

We led research, workshops and collaborative discovery calls with the architect, Lewis Lau, the developer, Charbel Obeid, and the sales agent, Clayton Ross, and conducted our own in-depth site visit to the development and the surrounding urban neighbourhood. Drawing on first-hand insight and desktop research alike, we uncovered what made Calira truly luxurious and one-of-a-kind: the shimmer of the river itself.

With north-facing apartments looking out onto the Paramatta River, Calira’s residents are treated to the sunlight dancing on the water every sunrise and sunset, facilitating a lifestyle that’s serene, glamorous and calming. 

This natural glimmer shone a light on the direction for the entire campaign: we gave the development the tagline “Where Life Flows Naturally” and crafted a visual identity that channelled a sense of ease, light and fluidity at every turn, with an iconic glint symbol, undulating lines and gold-tinged fonts at its heart.

Campaign materials such as the EDM, website, social cutdowns and brochure then teased the glimmer from every angle: up-close, by the riverbank, from the balcony and from far, far above, while artfully highlighting all the other amenities Calira had to offer, from the interior to the wellness facilities to the surrounding lifestyle.

The perfect way to paint a luxurious collection of residences in a truly luxurious light.
